Exquisite Hair Extensions FAQ’s

 

  1. HOW IS OUR HAIR DIFFERENT? Exquisite’s Virgin Hair have not been subjected to chemical processing (i.e Perms, relaxers, dyes or any chemicals of any kind). Some of our virgin hair is steamed to achieve curl patterns but no chemicals are used. Our RAW hair extensions are 100% unprocessed. They have not been subjected to chemical processing (i.e Perms, relaxers, dyes or any chemicals of any kind) and they have not been steamed. They are in their natural state. Each bundle of our Raw Wavy and Curly Hair will have their own unique wave pattern because the hair is in its natural state.

 

  1. HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST? Our Exquisite Hair can last 1-2 years with proper care. Our Raw Hair extensions can last longer with proper care.

 

  1. HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED? For 12-16”, we recommend 2 bundles. For 18-24”, we recommend 3 bundles. For 26-30”, we recommend 4 bundles.

 

  1. DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE? Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for our hair extensions you may choose the wholesale bundle deals we have listed in our wholesale section or you may email us at sales@exquisitehairext.com for a custom wholesale invoice. There is $600 minimum for wholesale purchases.

  1. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MALAYSIAN , AND BRAZILIAN? Malaysian is very soft and fine. Brazilian is very thick and is most popular. Brazilian is a better quality hair. 

 

  1. ARE YOUR WEFTS SEALED? Our wefts are not sealed. They are double drawn and double stitched to help prevent shedding. If your stylist plans on cutting the wefts during install, we recommend you seal them. 

 

  1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP? All orders are processed within 48 hours (Except Sunday). Hair Extension orders will be received within 4 business days. Special Order items can take 7-14 days. Accessories can take up to 1 month. 

 

  1. CAN I SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? Your Shipping and Billing address must match.
